Consent to medical attention:
I confirm my consent to the activities I will engage in while on this Architecture Interactive camp and I understand these activities carry the normal risks associated with them. I acknowledge the staff and committee of Architecture Interactive camp will take all possible care but will not be held responsible for unforeseen accidents or illness arising. I hereby consent to all medical, hospital or rescue procedures being employed in my best interests of this and that I shall be notified as soon as possible should the continuance of such procedures be necessary.
Discipline:
If in the event my behavior is deemed by the organizers to be inappropriate or compromises the safety and or health of other participants on the camp, trip or excursion, then Architecture Interactive Camp reserves the right to send the participant home, at the earliest possible time, by the most effective mode of transport in conjunction with my cooperation. This will be at my own expense.
Mobile phones and other electronic devices:
The loss or damage of personal property are on my own responsibility including money or other valuable items. Failure to deposit these devices to camp staff and committee upon arrival at camp is deemed to be an issue of discipline.
Disclaimer:
In the unforeseen event of personal injury or illness sustained while on this Architecture Interactive camp, or the loss of personal properties except where such property was held in the custody of Architecture Interactive staff or volunteer committee when lost while on a Architecture Interactive camp, I hereby release, and exempt, and indemnify the organizers, sponsors, and all other persons involved in the organization of Architecture Interactive camp, from all action, proceedings, demands, costs, expense, and claims whatsoever made or taken by any person arising out of my participation in such camp, trip, or excursion.
Architecture Interactive Camp 2018 Registration Terms and Conditions
1. All payments must be effected in the currency of Malaysian Ringgit [MYR].

2. Payments may be made using the following payment mediums:
- By an Inter-Bank Transfer of Funds from Your Bank to Our Bank Account.

3. Once payment has been cleared into Our Bank accounts, WE shall provide YOU notifications by email advising You:
- Of the cleared payment paid.
- Of the confirmation upon your participation.

4. Interbank, wire Payments shall be paid to Our Bank Account as follows:

5. All payment should be done by the registration closing date – 26th February 2018.

6. Proof of payment (Bank-in Slip or Transaction Slip) need to be emailed to aicamp2018@gmail.com by 26th February 2018 as follows:

7. Where payment has not been received by the registration closing date, WE reserve the right to cancel YOUR confirmation without any recourse by YOU. WE reserve all of OUR legal rights in such an instance for any costs, expenses or charges incurred by US which WE shall have the right to recover against YOU for such cancellation.

8. All payment made are not refundable should the participant(s) cancel their registration.
​
9. Placement(s) is/are transferable to other names. Kindly notify the organizer at least seven (7) working days before the event.

10. In the unlikely event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances or the participant slots are fully occupied, you will be refunded the full participation fee.

11. REGISTRATION CONFIRMED UPON PAYMENT, only 120 slots are opened in first come first serve basis.
